Net publication contains false and defamatory material regarding the Church of Scientology International as well as regarding Scientology parishioners. This letter was received by you on January 31, 1994. In that letter I presented a demand that F.A.C.T. Net halt dissemination of its defamatory publication and that it publish a retraction of the specified falsehoods. I have received no response to that letter. In the interest of resolving this matter without litigation, I herewith formally request that you provide me with a response indicatir, g whether or not F.A.C.T. Net intends to comply with the two points specified above. It is unquestionable that the statements specified in my letter of January 27th are false and F.A.C.T.
